Q. Why won't Thomson One database display properly?

Answer

Thomson One database on and off campus only works with Internet Explorer version 10. If you are having problems, you need to check the compatibility settings. 

To check the compatibility settings:

Login to Thomson One on or off campus.

Select Tools from the IE tool bar. Select Compatibility View Settings.

You will be asked to add the Thomson website. Then click on Close.
