Finding online journals

  • Search for the journal title in CityLibrary Search or the Journals A-Z list.
  • If the journal is available from multiple sources, make sure you select a source which covers the date you require.
  • You may need to select the 'Show more results' link to see the other sources available.

Embargoes

Sometimes databases are prevented from providing the most recent articles, as publishers want these articles to only be available on their website.

This is called an embargo and you will see something like '01/01/2004 to 1 year ago'.

If we don't have the most recent articles from an alternative source, you can make an Inter-Library Loans request.
