Why did CityLibrary Search say we have the article but when I followed the link it wasn’t there?

CityLibrary Search can often provide direct links to full text content but as this relies on computers reading data it can occasionally go wrong if the data is incorrect or incomplete.

This doesn’t necessarily mean we don’t have access to the article, just that CityLibrary Search is having problems linking you to it.

If the 'Full Text Online' button results in an error message, you can try the 'Browse Journal' link:

Next the 'full text online' link is the information about the journal collection the article is part, the date range the library subscribes to and a Browse Journal link.

You will need to browse through to the right year, volume and issue for the article.

If you still can't find the full text, contact our e-access team with details of the article you are trying to access.
