Q. I can’t log in to my Ebscohost personal account.

When trying to log in to your Ebscohost personal account you get a message that the details are incorrect and you are unable to reset your password or create an account.


We are working with EBSCO to resolve these issues.  Please try using this link.

Select OpenAthens Login.


Search for City under Find your organisation and select City, University of London from the list.


Login with your City username and password and search the databases as normal.
