Log in to Elements

1. Click the menu

2. Choose ORCID Settings

3. You can choose how Elements and ORCID share publication records
4. Choose ‘read and write publication data to my ORCID account’ to allow Elements to send data to your ORCID account

6. If you select read from and write you will need to choose which Elements publications will be shared with ORCiD
   1. Choose published and published online journal articles
   2. Sends all publications to ORCiD regardless of privacy level (if it is public or private)
   3. Only ‘favourited’ articles will be shared
7. If needed select save
8. Run Sync to populate your ORCiD profile with the publications selected in step 7
9. Send your affiliation details to ORCiD if you wish
10. Select home to finish and return to the homepage
