I am unable to access e-books with my assistive software. How can I get an alternative format?

We aim for e-books, online journals and online databases to be fully accessible and work with our suppliers to achieve this aim.

However, alternative formats can be provided to students who have been recommended this adjustment by the Disability or Neurodiversity Support departments. If the Library has received a referral, we will contact you to discuss your preferences.

To get a referral, please contact disability@city.ac.uk to arrange an appointment with a Disability Advisor or neurodiversity@city.ac.uk for an appointment with a Neurodiversity Tutor.

See our alternative formats guidance for more information.
