If you are unable to visit the University campus in person, you can return your items by post. We will not be able to reimburse you for any postage costs incurred. We are using a central location for postal returns so please send all items to:
City, University of London
On your parcel(s) please include these three pieces of information: (1) full name, (2) correspondence address that you’ve used with the University and your (3) student ID number. This is your 9 digit number – should you be unclear as to what it is then please look it up on your City ID card.
Please make sure the information required is clearly written on the outside of the parcel, as this will help us with our administrative processes.
