If you are unable to log in to Elsevier Clinical Skills, contact the e-access team and provide the following information:
- Your username (e.g. abcd123) or student registration number.
- A screenshot of the whole browser page with the error message, including the link in the address bar.
- Whether you logged in using institutional login or with the username and password method.
- Any troubleshooting steps you have tried.
