Accessing articles on PEP-Web

  1. Sometimes links from Library Search, which take you to PEP-Web, get the error message, ‘No results found. Try using different search terms or phrases to find what you're looking for.’

  1. If this happens, you will need to use the search fields to find the information.
  2. Input clear information in the field marked ‘What are you looking for?’
  3. You can then use the search boxes to find the document title.

  1. Occasionally, the sign-in process does not work as it should and you will need to sign in again. To do this, select Federated/OpenAthens login and choose City, University of London from the list of institutions.
