Q. My login details do not work when I try to sign into e-resources. What can I do?


Check if you can login to your City email account or Moodle.

If your login does not enable access to email and Moodle there may be a problem with your City account, so you should contact the IT Service Desk:

If you can access your email and Moodle accounts there may be a problem with your library account.

Email the E-Access Team (e-access@city.ac.uk) and we will investigate the problem.

Make sure you provide your details and details of the resource/article you are trying to access.
