EBSCOhost: Viewing your results

Answer

  1. Select the View Results link, in your Search History, next to the search results you want to view.

  1. To see details about individual references, such as the abstract and type of publication, select the Detail only available symbol next to each reference.

  1. To view abstracts for all references select:
  1. Open the Page Options dropdown menu.
  2. Choose the Result Format: Detailed radio button
  3. Click the Apply button.

  1. If an HTML Full Text and / or PDF Full Text link appears at the bottom of a reference, this mean the full text of a study is available directly from the EBSCOhost platform in those formats.

  1. If the links don’t appear you can try:
  1. the Full Text Via Lib Key and is it @CityLibrary? links to see if the full text is available from the Library.
  2. the Link to article on Publisher’s site link to see if the full text is available from the publisher.
