Creating database search alerts in EBSCOhost

Search Alerts can be set up to provide automatic e-mail notifications whenever new search results become available relating to a search you have performed in a database(s) in the EBSCOhost platform.

To set up an alert for a search you have made select the Save Search / Alerts link at the top of your Search History.

On the next screen select the Alert radio button.

You will be able to customise the alert e.g. give the alert a name, select how often you want alerts to be sent to you, select the email address they should be sent to etc. Select the Save button to confirm the alert
