Retrieving a saved search history in Ovid

Answer

  1. If you have performed a separate search, for the same topic, in different databases, you can only view one Search History at a time.
    1. Select the database(s) which you used to perform your search.
    2. Open the database(s) by selecting the OK button.
The Select resources form described in list steps 1 a to b above.
  2. Login to your account.
The My account link described in list step 2 above.

  3. Select My Workspace from the menu.
The My Workspace link described in list step 3 above.

  4. Select the My Searches & Alerts link.
My Searches and Alerts described in list step 4 above.

  5. Select the search you want to open.

  6. Select Run to run and view the search again.
Running the searches described in list steps 5 and 6 above.

If you wish to open another Search History you have saved you will need to log out from your Ovid account and repeat the process. If you don’t, the results from your second search will be added to the first search.
