How to print, e-mail, save and export results in EBSCOhost

Run your search and select the relevant results
- Use the folder icon next to the reference to select the useful results.
- If you need to select all the results on the page, use the Share button. The database displays a maximum of 50 results per page.
- Use the folder icon next to the reference to select the useful results.
- To view the selected results, click on the Folder link on the toolbar.
- Use the checkboxes to choose all or selected results, you have the option to:
- save as file in html or plain text format
- export to reference management software, such as RefWorks.
Remember that search results added to the folder will disappear when you log out of the database. To save the search results in your Folder for a longer period, you need to sign in to your EBSCOhost account. See how to create a free account with EBSCOhost if you have not already done so.
Organise your results
You can organise your results into sub-folders to print, email and export a selection.
- Look for the My Custom folder section in the folder navigation pane.
- Select the create New folder link (name the folder).
- In the results area, select the search results you need to save using the checkboxes
- Click on the Move to button to add them to the permanent folder.
