You log in to most online resources through the IT login screen. The IT login screen varies depending on whether you're on campus or in City St George's web space and the browser you are using.
Version 1
A page with the City logo and the message 'sign in with your organizational account'
- Enter your @city.ac.uk email address in the first field
- Enter your @city.ac.uk password in the second field
- Select the Sign in button.
Version 2
A pop-up box saying Sign in and https://fed.city.ac.uk
- Enter your @city.ac.uk email address in the first field
- Enter your @city.ac.uk password in the second field
- Select the Sign in button.
If you are presented with the same sign in pop-up box again, it may be that you entered your details incorrectly. Enter your details again carefully.
Version 3
A Windows Security pop-up box with the message 'Sign in to access this site. Authorisation required by https://fed.city.ac.uk'.
- Enter your @city.ac.uk email address in the first field
- Enter your @city.ac.uk password in the second field
- Select the OK button.
Version 4
Alternative logins
Occasionally you may need details other than your @city.ac.uk email and password to access an online resource. If this is the case, it will be specified in the resource record.
